RouteSwap ("RouteSwap," "RouteSwap Wallet," or the "App") is a non-custodial digital wallet application that allows users to manage digital assets and initiate swaps and cross-chain transfers through independent third-party APIs and decentralized protocol partners.
By accessing or using RouteSwap, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using RouteSwap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Non-Custodial, Self-Directed Wallet
RouteSwap is a self-custody wallet.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, and device access.
- RouteSwap does not store, access, or control your private keys or digital assets.
- If you lose your recovery phrase or access to your device, we cannot recover your wallet or funds.
- You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures, including securing your device and enabling biometric or passcode protection where available.
RouteSwap support will never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase.
3. Swaps, Bridges & Third-Party Services
RouteSwap provides a software interface only.
- Swap and bridge functionality is routed through third-party APIs and decentralized protocols
- RouteSwap does not operate, own, or control these protocols
- RouteSwap does not act as a broker, intermediary, counterparty, or custodian
- All transactions are initiated and cryptographically signed by you on your device

4. Risk Disclosure
Using digital assets involves significant risk.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile
- Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, or outages
- Regulatory changes may impact asset availability or use
RouteSwap does not guarantee any financial outcome and is not responsible for losses resulting from market conditions, protocol behavior, network issues, or user error.
You should only use digital assets you can afford to lose.
5. Fees
RouteSwap may charge platform fees for certain features, including:

Swap transactions
0.1%
Bridge transactions
In addition:
- Blockchain network (gas) fees apply to all transactions
- Network fees are paid directly to validators or miners, not to RouteSwap
All applicable fees are displayed before transaction confirmation. Fee structures may change, and updated fees will always be disclosed in the App.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use RouteSwap for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent behavior
- Attempting to exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the App
- Using RouteSwap in jurisdictions where digital asset usage is prohibited by law
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
RouteSwap does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or successful transaction execution.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RouteSwap and SpareCash, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to RouteSwap in the preceding twelve (12) months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RouteSwap shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
- You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
